Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Publishly, the social publishing, approval and inbox workspace at publishly.now (“Publishly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Publishly lets agencies and teams plan, approve, schedule and publish content to social platforms, and read and reply to messages and comments through those platforms’ official APIs. Publishing depends on the platforms and on our provider; we do not guarantee that a platform will accept every post.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your devices secure.
2. Your content and connected accounts
You keep all rights to the content you upload and publish. You grant us only the permission needed to store references to it, show previews to you and your clients, and send it to the platforms you choose.
You confirm that you are allowed to connect and post to every social account you add, and that your content complies with each platform’s rules and applicable law. Media files are transferred to our publishing provider and never stored on Publishly’s own servers.
3. Plans and payment
Publishly is a paid subscription with no free trial: a new agency chooses a plan before it can add companies or publish. Plan prices, limits and add-ons are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Taxes and local currency conversion are applied by Paddle at checkout according to your billing country.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Publishly to send spam, harass people, publish unlawful content, or attempt to access other customers’ data. Do not reverse engineer the service or overload it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that platforms flag for abuse.
5. Client review links
Review links let people without an account see and approve the posts you choose to share. Anyone with the link can view them until it expires or you revoke it, so share links only with the intended client.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Publishly available and improve it continuously, and may change or retire features with reasonable notice. Third-party platforms and providers can change or interrupt their APIs at any time; we are not liable for outages or policy changes on their side.
7. Termination
You can stop using Publishly and delete your agency at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an agency is deleted, its workspace data is removed from our systems; content already published stays on the platforms.
8. Liability
Publishly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Contact
Publishly · hello@publishly.now. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
